Frequently Asked Questions

What does the registration fee cover?

Your registration includes your airfare, hotel room and tax, and full access to all sessions, workshops, group dinners, evening receptions, and the Farewell Party. It also includes Escapee concierge support.

 Are accommodations included?

Yes. Your hotel room and tax are included in the registration fee. 

Hotel incidentals are not included. Your credit card will be required by the hotel at check-in. Once you register, you will complete your travel preference form and someone from The Entrepreneur's Escape Concierge Team will follow-up with you to confirm your details.

Is Airfare included?

Yes. Your round-trip flight to and from Jamaica is included in the registration fee.  Once you register, you will complete your travel preference form and someone from The Entrepreneur's Escape Concierge Team will follow-up with you to confirm your details.

Can my team members attend? 

Yes! Your team can learn these new skills and maximize the growth at your company when you

go back recharged and refreshed.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! Guests are welcome with the Guest Evening Event Pass ($125).

It grants access to all evening events—receptions, dinners, and the Farewell Party.
This pass does not include daytime sessions or excursions.

Are meals and drinks included?

Yes. Your resort stay is all-inclusive—meals, drinks, and snacks are covered. Escape-hosted dinners and receptions are also included in your registration.

 What types of sessions can I expect?

Each day features a blend of business strategy sessions, guided meditations, oceanfront mindfulness, and curated peer conversations. Afternoons include optional excursions, and evenings are designed for connection and celebration.

 

Is the event ADA accessible?

Yes. The venue and programming are ADA-compliant. You can request accommodations (mobility support, ASL, large-print materials, etc.) when you register. Our concierge team will ensure your needs are met.

 

What should I pack?

A full Escape Packing Guide will be emailed closer to the event. Expect to bring resort casual wear for sessions, elevated attire for dinners, beachwear, and comfortable clothing for movement and meditation.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes! We offer a flexible payment option to make attending The Entrepreneur’s Escape more accessible.

   How It Works:

  • Reserve Your Spot – Pay your $300 non-refundable deposit to secure your place.

  • Pay Your Way – Select your payment frequency

  • Final Balance Due – August 27, 2026

After registering, you’ll receive a personal payment link to manage your payment schedule. We’ll also send helpful reminders along the way.

 What is the cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable due to the intimate, limited-capacity nature of the retreat. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to protect your investment.
